We use only the best  equipment. Our cameras are Canon XL1 and Canon XL2 broadcast level Digital Video Cameras.  We produce our videos with the Adobe Creative Suite CS4 which includes Adobe Premiere Pro, SoundBooth Audio, Encore DVD Creator, Flashbuilder Pro in addition to Pinnacle Systems Studio 12  and Adobe Aftereffects.

Real Estate Video Tours! - VidWalk!

When you consider the work efforts involved with a traditional property marketing effort (Still photos, creating a dull photo slide show with no description of the area, employment or frankly what's great about the property, uploading the finished file, propogating to search engines etc.) what are all your efforts for?  Why not have someone do the work for you and let you do what you do best...sell houses.

The process is simple..we schedule a time with you, meet you at the property and film the home as if someone was walking through at a showing (you are not on camera unless you want to be).  We spend some time getting to know the home, the area, the school district, etc and we include all of that information into an informative, professional narration of the property.  We then take that and produce a video that gives a viewer just enough of a glance that will result in either a definite interest or a satisfied curriosity, saving you the "just wanted to see inside showings".  Finally we post that video to the web hosted on our dedicated Real Estate provider and give you specialized links that you can use whereever you list the property; either branded or unbranded.
